Cornerstone Millwork Company: Sliding Patio Doors Warranty Information

	INSULATED GLASS WARRANTY
	Cornerstone Millwork Company LLC warrants, to the original purchaser, that each insulating glass unit be free from moisture, film, or dust collection on the internal glass surfaces causing obstruction of vision. Cornerstone Millwork Company LLC warrants to the original purchaser for the life of the unit against seal failure of any insulating glass unit resulting in an obstruction of vision from moisture, film, or dust collection on the internal glass surfaces because of defective materials or workmanship. Cornerstone Millwork LLC also allows a one-year limited warranty on thermal breaks. This does not include scratches, cracked glass, broken glass or any damage caused by accident, improper maintenance, mishandling of glass unit, and/or improper installation. Condensation on the room side glass surface is not a warranty issue but rather a possible sign of excessive humidity and/or improper air circulation by glass. If a seal failure should occur within the warranty period, Cornerstone shall provide either a replacement glass only or a sash glazed with a replacement glass, delivered to the original (dealer or distributor) point of purchase. Labor, material, or any other costs from shipping, replacing, refinishing and other activities involved are not the responsibility of Cornerstone Millwork Company LLC. This warranty specifically excludes any liability for consequential or incidental damages.

	LIMITED WARRANTY
	Cornerstone Millwork Company LLC warrants that all products manufactured and sold to the original purchaser shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years (36 months) from the date of purchase. It is recommended that all products be inspected for damage and defects immediately at the time of arrival to insure that product meet these standards. If a problem has occurred, contact your dealer, distributor, or Cornerstone promptly. Failure to do so could negate later claims. It is the consumer’s responsibility, after initial inspection, to make sure that proper care is given to product to protect against moisture and/or excessive dryness. It is also necessary to paint, varnish, or otherwise seal all exposed surfaces according to accepted finishing standards. In the event that any Cornerstone Millwork Company product should fail to meet the standards stated in this limited warranty, Cornerstone Millwork Company, at its option, will repair or replace said product to the dealer or distributor in the same condition as originally furnished. Labor, material, or any other costs involved in removal of defective product and the refinishing and installation of replacement shall not be the responsibility of Cornerstone Millwork Company. in the event that Cornerstone Millwork Company chooses not to provide a replacement, a refund will be issued for amount received from dealer (or distributor) for the door. This warranty shall not apply to the following: Damage caused from misuse, abuse, or accident. Damage from improper installation or finishing. Any alteration of a product supplied by Cornerstone automatically voids all written or implied warranties.
